Which delivery service do you use? 

All orders are dispatched from Western Australia via Australia Post. 

How long are your dispatch times? 

All domestic orders are dispatched within 48hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What are your expected delivery times?  

The following shipping times are estimates by Australia Post.

Domestic Standard Shipping: 4 – 10 business days
Domestic Express Shipping: 1 - 5 business days

What is the cost of shipping?  

We offer free standard delivery for all online purchases over $150 within Australia.

For orders below $150:

Standard shipping (4 – 10 business days) is $9.90
Express shipping (2 – 5 business days) is $14.95

Do you ship to PO Boxes?  

Yes. Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field at checkout as normal.

What can I do if my package was returned to sender? 

It is the customer's responsibility to cover the additional shipping costs if the delivery attempt was not successful.

 

Online Orders

How can I track my order? 

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email. This confirmation is generally sent 1–2 business days after you place your order. If you’ve received the 'Order Confirmation' email but have not received a 'Shipping Confirmation' email after 2 business days, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@rockbyebaby.com

Please note dispatch times may vary during peak times. 

I’ve received a damaged item/wrong item/missing item from my order.

Please include photos and an explanation of the problem so we can quickly resolve it. 

Was my order successfully placed?   

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message, and you will receive an order confirmation email promptly. The order confirmation may land in the junk folder of your email inbox.

My order is a gift. Will it include an invoice or price tags?  

There is no pricing or invoice within the parcel.

Which payment methods do you accept?  

We accept credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal and Zip Pay as payment methods on our online shop. To access these payment methods, simply fill in your shipping details at checkout and select ‘Continue to Shipping' to select your preferred payment methods. Do not use ‘Express Checkout’.  

How do I use my voucher code?  

To apply a discount code, head to your cart and click ‘Checkout’. Enter the discount code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ section and click ‘Apply’.

Please note discount codes must be applied to receive the qualifying item or offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy? 

At Rock-a-Bye Baby, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and customer care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase (upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase), you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition.

How to do return and/or exchange my purchase?  

Online purchases can be returned via post. Please package the item/s securely and post to the address below. Please note we do not cover the postage cost.

How long will my refund take?  

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once issued, please expect 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

What are your products made from?
Most of our clothes products are made from 100% cotton.

Where are your products made?
Lullaby Rock Apparel products are manufactured and designed by Lullaby Rock at their HQ in South Africa.

Splash Swim Goggles are made in the USA with imported materials.          

What age group do you cater for?
Lullaby Rock Apparel range from Newborn to 5 - 6 years, depending on the garment.

Splash Swim Goggles fit most users 3 years through adult. The strap can be tightened or loosened if needed. 

Do you import your clothes? 

Yes. We are a proudly Australian run business; however, our products are imported from sunny South Africa. All our clothes are designed by award winning SA designer, Amy Portman and we have a great team who manufactures our clothes.

Do you do custom designs on your clothing? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs at the moment.
